Ear candles have been used by shaman healers for centuries. Their historic roots can be traced back to ancient Egyptians and Greeks but it was The American Indian Hopi Tribe of North Arizona who brought the special knowledge of the candles to the West. Hopi means peaceful people, and the Hopi Tribe have great knowledge of healing and spirituality.
Traditionally the candles were used to cleanse and harmonise the different energy fields of the aura in preparation for the state of trance and to drive out negative energies. Today we recognize that they can be used as a clearance therapy and are used successfully for the many problems relation to the ear and head. Conditions helped by the treatment include excessive/compounded ear wax, irritation, earache, sinusitis, headaches, to name but a few. When treatment is combined with gentle facial drainage massage the results have often been quite amazing.
The candles are still made by hand using only natural products and are made to the original recipe, a synergistic blend of herbs consisting of Sage, St. John’s Wort, Chamomile, Beta Carotene, Beeswax and properties from honey. These are then wrapped in organically grown fax or cotton.
The treatment is performed with you lying down and covered with a blanket. The candle is then fitted gently over the entrance to your ear with Lorna’s hands supporting the candle and resting gently on your head – at this point Lorna will also offer some Reiki to enhance the treatment even more. The candle is allowed to burn down safely and the removed and extinguished. The process will then be repeated on your other ear.
When both ears are finished, a relaxing facial drainage massage is offered. The treatment is extremely relaxing. The treatment should be repeated 3-7 days later and then assessed depending on the condition.

Raindrop Therapy Technique is a revolutionary way to look at bringing balance and harmony to the body, physically, mentally and emotionally.
Lorna was taught this technique by Shellie Earley who came over from America in 2002.
This is a most wonderful treatment which uses a combination of 8 purest grade essential oils used directly on the spine neat in a delightful massage sequence.
The effects last up to 7 weeks.
This technique has been developed through the inspiration of the traditions of the Lakota Indians who travelled into Canada to watch the great Northern Lights - the Auroro Borealis. They believed that the lights would be drawn up their spines and allow it to heal their bodies, mind and spirit. When the American/Canadian border was created they were no longer able to travel on this healing journey and they developed a technique using feathers.
When the founder of Young Living Essential Oils, Dr Gary Young met with Wallace Black Elk, a Lakota Indian, he felt inspired by their tradition and later developed the Raindrop Technique using the highest grade pure essential oils. These oils are dropped from a height of 4'-6' onto the spine (the oils can be effectively diluted with vegetable oil if excess warmth is experienced - but this is rarely required).
This technique enhances the electrical flow along the neural pathways of the body and is of value to various ailments including Irritable Bowel Syndrome, ME/Fibromyalgia, back pain, Scoliosis, and depression.

Your first session will begin with a consultation which is extremely important ~ as this allows us to discuss where you are at now and what you are aiming for on your own healing journey.
Aspects of Shamanic and/or Tantric Healing ~ £100 per hour (recommended session time 2 hours)
With the help of sacred herbs and oils, reiki, crystals, sound energy, movement, breathwork and ritual, allow yourself to be taken on a beautiful healing journey ~ releasing what no longer serves your highest purpose on earth. (for further information of oils see Mind and Emotions.)
Tantric Massage ~ £100 per hour (2 hours is recommended especially for your first session ~minimum booking time is 1.5 hours thereafter)
Tantric Massage is both healing and sensual touch, helping you to become more lovingly connected and free with yourself. Tantric Massage can bring together sensuality, sacred sexuality and spirituality… this is sexual healing.

Just a note to say thanks for the session on Tuesday. I found it very opening. It is quite a relief to be able to talk comparatively openly about intimate matters. I also find your Shamanic and Tantric approach more effective at getting me into my body than the other, more conventional, methods I have tried. I have found you're approach beautifully therapeutic.
I think you are very brave to do what you do, Scotland does not have a history of tolerance toward people showing others how life can be lived more sensually. Only through the work with you and Lynn have I seen the possibility of being open enough to find others who may be on a similar part of their journey to myself. There is a terrible irony in the Scots sensually stunting themselves while living in such a stunningly beautiful country.
